CafePress: How to save money AND support independent designers
In light of my post yesterday, it has been brought to my attention that customers might like to know exactly WHERE they can buy from individual CafePress designers – thereby saving some money (in the case of those shops that have items priced lower than the main CafePress market place) AND support the designers themselves by ensuring they are paid the full commission they signed up for (which happens when you buy direct from the designer).
If you are still running a CafePress store and would like to be included in a future post (ie. within the next week) where I will list CafePress designers’ shops’ direct urls for customers to reference – feel free to leave your shop’s details in the comments section below. Include the name of the shop, the url and a brief description of what kind of designs you offer – it’ll make it easier for customers … because we don’t want any “confusion” now, do we?
And back to my new Zazzle store I go …

This is very nice of you – thanks! I have two CafePress shops:

http://www.cafepress.com/jabloo
I have removed my shops from their marketplace due to the changes.
The direct store URLS are:
My Tiny Pet (focusing mostly on digital, pop art style paintings of pets and animals)
http://www.cafepress.com/lovebeat
and Silajai (focusing on reproductions from my original oil pastel, acrylic, watercolor and color pencil works of art…still mostly animals and pets)
http://www.cafepress.com/silajai
Thanks!
That is very kind of you. I would love to add my shop.

I mostly create kid’s t-shirt designs and other family friendly apparel. Birthdays and sibling shirts. My prices are generally about $1 less than the marketplace I am noticing.
